This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which users may request cancellations and refunds for services provided by Freizeit Media Private Limited. 

  1. Cancellation Policy

– Cancellations are only allowed in cases of: 

  – Low-quality service delivery. 

  – Incorrect or misleading content published due to our fault. 

  – Technical errors preventing service execution. 

– Cancellations must be requested within 7 days after content upload. 

 1.1 Automatic Cancellation (No Refund) 

If a user submits content that includes vulgar, obscene, or prohibited material, the order will be automatically canceled without a refund. 

 

  1. Refund Policy

– Refunds will be processed only under the following conditions: 

  – If the service was not delivered as per the agreed terms. 

  – If the content is incorrect due to our fault and cannot be rectified. 

  – If technical errors prevent service execution. 

 

 2.1 Non-Refundable Cases 

– No refunds will be granted once the user has approved the content for upload. 

– If the service is executed successfully as per user instructions, no refund will be provided. 

– If cancellation is due to the user’s violation of content policies, no refund will be issued. 

 

  1. Refund Process

– Users must apply for a refund by emailing  info@freizeitmedia.com  , stating the reason for the request. 

– If the request is approved, the refund will be credited back to the user’s account within 7-10 business days.
